This prestigious Back Bay historical building project was the developer’s vision for a 3,500-sq-ft, two-bedroom penthouse on two levels with the design emphasizing the vistas overlooking Newbury Street, the Charles River, Beacon Hill and downtown Boston through the use of a neutral palette and clean lines. The unit features a grand two-story living room with a dramatic wood and glass-railed stair accentuating the volume of space. The penthouse is highlighted by an extensive collection of artwork and antiquities that our studio collaborated on with the owner to reflect their personal style. This project has led to further work with the client.
